This policy describes how ServiceSales AI processes information when businesses use the platform. Businesses using the platform are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required for their own customer communications.

Information we process

Account and business profile information, customer and lead information entered into the service, communications and scheduling data, operational records, and technical/security information needed to operate the service.

How information is used

To provide and secure the service, authenticate users, deliver requested communications, synchronize supported integrations, process billing, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability.

Service providers

The platform can connect to third-party providers selected or configured by the business, including AI, messaging, email, calendar and payment providers. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Data choices

Authorized workspace users can manage business data and integration settings. Recipients can use supported opt-out mechanisms for applicable automated communications.

Security

Provider credentials are kept server-side. The service uses access controls and other safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
