Service

ServiceSales AI provides software for sales and business operations, including lead management, communications, scheduling, estimates, projects, invoices, automation and reporting. Features that depend on third-party providers require valid provider accounts and may be subject to their availability and terms.

Business responsibilities

Businesses are responsible for their account activity, the accuracy and legality of information they provide, customer permissions and messaging consent, and compliance with laws and industry requirements applicable to their operations.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through the configured payment provider. The price and billing cadence presented at checkout control the purchase. Third-party usage fees are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

Users may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing or unauthorized communications, or to interfere with the security or operation of the platform.

Availability

The service may depend on external networks and providers. Features may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, configuration changes or events outside the operator's control.

Account termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, material misuse, security risk or violation of these terms. Businesses should maintain appropriate copies of information they are required to retain.
